Malankara Catholic Church is one of the oriental Catholic rites of the Catholic Church, based in Kerala, India. It belongs to the Antiochian liturgical family formed by the reunion movement with the Universal Catholic Church by the Malankara Orthodox bishop Mar Ivanios in 1930. It consists of about half a million faithful all across India and different parts of the world. His Beatitude Moran Mor Baselios Cardinal Cleemis Catholicos is the head of the Church.

St. Jude Malankara Catholic mission is a parish community organized on September 2015 and functioning to celebrate the Holy Liturgy every week for the Malankara Catholic faithful living in Calgary and surrounding areas.
