The Canada Conference 2024 is a annual event that brings together Syro Malankara Catholic Church members from different churches across Canada. The conference aims to foster fellowship, dialogue, and learning among the participants, as well as to provide an opportunity to engage and raise topics of concern with the bishop of the diocese.

The conference started as a western Canada initiative in 2016, with the inaugural meeting held in Edmonton, Alberta. Since then, the conference has expanded to include members from other regions of Canada, and has been hosted in Calgary, Alberta (2017), Vancouver, British Columbia (2018), and Edmonton, Alberta (2019). The conference was paused in 2020 - 2023 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but is set to resume in 2024 in Calgary, Alberta with an expanded mandate to become a Canada wide conference.

The conference is open to all Syro Malankara Catholic Church members who are interested in learning more about their faith, culture, and history, as well as in connecting with fellow Malankarites from other churches. The conference will feature keynote speakers, workshops, panel discussions, cultural programs, and social activities. The conference will also provide a platform for the participants to interact with the bishop of the diocese and to voice their opinions and suggestions on various issues affecting the church and their community.

The Canada Conference 2024 is a unique opportunity for Syro Malankara Catholic Church members to celebrate their identity, heritage, and diversity, as well as to strengthen their bonds of friendship and faith. The conference organizers invite all Malankarites to join them in Calgary in 2024 for a memorable and enriching experience.
